Thank you Brown Bookshelf for 28 Days Later! As an aspiring children's author, I have enjoyed sharing in this celebration of great literature writen and illustrated by people of color. Their sincerity and transparency about this biz and its accompanying challenges, particularly for POC, has been refreshing and definitely noteworthy. As a mother of a preschooler and a toddler, I am so excited that I have so many more books to add to their reading lists.
