Thank you so much for this site! The diversity among the books’ topics are wonderful. Each entry has something to spark a young reader’s interest. From this months list; “Little Leaders: Bold Women in Black History written and illustrated by Vashti Harrison” is a great pick in giving our girls. They know they can accomplish greatness, seeing others that have done so helps remind them just how amazing they can and will be. The illustrations are inviting to young minds as well, perfect story time book to attract my young reader’s attention.
